Bio: Executive and Leadership Coaching

Coaching for Leadership

For twenty years I’ve successfully worked with established and emerging leaders and entrepreneurs on honing skills in the areas of communication, interpersonal dynamics, team-building, decision-making,conflict resolution and self-care. I serve as an observer, consultant and collaborator for professionals who want to identify what works and what would work better in their workplace and personal lives. We all have a basic instinct to want to evolve and make progress in these areas. I provide an environment that creates a safe space to facilitate self-assessment and self-awareness of behaviors, perspectives and habits that may promote or hamper such progress. Specific coaching goals are developed from identifying personal values, motivations and traits that have historically or are currently impacting work/life balance, performance and satisfaction.

I am a New York State licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University. My complete CV is available on LinkedIn. My training, education, personal and work experiences are broad and varied ranging from the performing arts to wellness to behavioral health and child welfare to administrative services to coaching and consulting in small and large business environments and in private practice. The breadth and depth of my background provides me with the insight, intuition, curiosity and acumen I bring to assisting professionals who are eager to be accountable for change in their lives.
